📍Check *Senate list* for verification of your records.
If you are registering for the first time, click on *” Registration for Mobilization 2019 Batch B”.*
📍If you have registered previously and did not complete your Registration or Submit, do not create a new account instead click on *“Login Here”* to continue your registration with your previous Username and Password.

If you were mobilized in the previous Batches and have registered online before but unable to proceed to Orientation Camp, Click on *“Revalidation link"* to re-validate your registration.

📍 Only those whose names appear in the Senate/Academic Board Approved Result lists submitted by their institutions will have access to register on the NYSC portal.

📍You are expected to use correct Matriculation number,  valid email, and valid phone number to register (For locally trained PCM)

📍Foreign trained PCM should NOTE that ONLY those that graduated from accredited institutions are qualified for mobilization. If you doubt your school, kindly approach Federal Ministry of Education  for verification. 

📍 Do not thumb print by proxy. (Nobody should thumbprint for you; thumbprint should be done by you).

ou must remember the fingers you use during the capture as these will be used for verification at the orientation camp to show you really registered, those who cannot be verified with their biometric at the orientation camp will not be registered.

📍Make sure the passport photograph uploaded is very clear. Ensure your face (eyes,  nose,  ears,  mouth and jaw) is fully shown without bending,  else you will be ask to re-upload before posting commence.
br /> 📍 Do not forget the Username and Password used during your online registration.

📍 Apply for correction of spelling mistakes and rearrangement of names on your dashboard. It is ongoing even after the Orientation Exercise.

📍Any PCM with serious health challenge should indicate their *TRUE HEALTH STATUS* with uploaded *MEDICAL REPORT (Doctor's Report)* during registration to enable concessional deployment.


?The orientation camp is highly not ideal for pregnant and nursing mothers. If you are pregnant, let this indicate in your Medical Fitness Report.
If you are a Nursing mother,  ensure you go to camp with your baby. (You will be release after your verification in camp and ask to come back for your PPA posting letter or access it on your dashboard.) Any PCM in this category will not be accommodated in camp.

📍Married female PCM (whether locally or foreign-trained) should upload copies of their marriage Certificates, evidence of Change of name and their husbands’ place of domicile during registration

Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.

Filing of all papers and documents into appropriate employee files

Prepare new employee files.

Collate all approved leave forms

Maintain database for staff benefits such as Staff Health Insurance/ Accident Insurance Plan.

li>Conduct terror check for consultant and new hire.

Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of a degree in Social Sciences, Business or other relevant field
• Post NYSC experience of one year working within government, INGO or local NGO environments
• Good computer skills, including practiced knowledge and experience in Microsoft office package.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ability to communicate and maintain diplomatic and productive relations with the team; resourcefulness, flexibility and ability to work in a changing and challenging environment.
• Ability to interpret, analyze and explain the official employment regulation framework.
• Possess positive attitude, Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality and approachability
